In FUE method,hair follices is taken one to one with special needles.There is no cutting  and planting procedure or band operation.
(In each follice,there are 1,2 or 3 hair strand)

1.Session:Hair follices are transplanted one to one.It doesn’t become perceptible,it looks natural.(In each session,it can be transplanted between 2000-2500.) It is waited for 2. and 3. sessions 1between 10-15 days.Then becoming densely massed procedure is done.

The hair is seen like baby hair where the planting is done.For the 2.session,it is waited between 6 months-1 year.

What’s FUE?
The structure named follicular unit is a structure which lives 1-4 hair follicles in it and is in a dermal cover. They are also structures which are phiscologic and anatomic with vascular and neural web around follucular unit transfer. Follucular unit transfer was known in 1996 and became a reform in 40 year-hair cultivation transfer.follucular unit is a structure which has 2-3 hair follicles. In the past nobody knows its existance of follucular units seperation isnot good. Follucular units must be taken under microscope very carefully. So hair cultivation and FUE method mut be done by experienced plastic surgers who know scalp anatomy and surgery very well.
Follicular unit extraction method is an action which takes out follicular unit . ıt is a technique which takes out follicular unit without cut,sew from hairy skin. Lumen injections which have special design to take out follicular units,are used in different dimensions .In hair plast which is derma-plast hair cultivation unit,follicular units are smaller than 1mm. And it is taken with follicular unit extractor which its application is done for international PCT. Cultivating 50-60 follicular unit(100-200 hair) for every square is possible. If needed more follicular unit can be cultivated. Â
After  picking follucular units it is possible to cultivate them from the much smaller holes on bald areas. Every follicular unit has 2 folliculs. This method’s better sides from others:
1.There is no cutting or sewing action. Holes occurs Smaller than 1mm On The area which is taken hair, but these holes closes in a few days and does not happen any scar.
2.Hair root can be taken not only from back area but also everywhere on the head. If needed chest hair can be taken and cultivated on the head. Also roots which are taken from the head can be cultivated on other parts of body like moustache.
3.You need to wait 2 days between sessions. You donot have to wait months for the 2 nr session.every 2 days 4-8 sessions can be applied.600-800 roots are taken every session. every root has 1-4 (SOMETİMES 5)   generally 2-3 hairs. 5 sessions =3000 roots=6000 hair.
4.Because dimension of follucular unit is smaller than 1mm,cultivation from very small holes is possible on the cultivation area. This means more estetic and much cultivation.cultivating 60-80 even more root is possible.
Advisable situations for FUE method:
- The people who are in the class of Less hair loss areas(norwood2-3) or any reason like burn, wound tissue on the small localise areas.
- The people who donot want any scar on their neck,specially youngs who want to use hair very short.
- The people who have very tense donor area
- The people who have scar from another method.
Levels of FUE Action :

First it is started by having a shave neck hair. According to other method,preparing larger area is needed..
After making local anestesia on root area,we enter the roots with very  thin 0.9-1mm  micromotor device one by one.
These grefts consists of follucular units and there is no need any action on it.
From the beginning to end,all operation is done by doctor and 2 nurses. There is no need very crowded team for this action.
Specially the people who are afraid of operation,prefer this method.but these are disadvantages of it:
- Lenght of hair on the giver area is needed to be 1-2 mm with shave. If doctors have to use neck area ,it may be problem. Because patient has to live with short hair on the neck for a while. This problem can omit by cutting side hair.
Advantages and disadvantages of FUE hair cultivation
When it is being compared wit FUT ,it is understood that it is powerful to hair loss and taking less hair from permanent hair area.
In FUT method,all hair which are under the ears line from secure area can be taken and transfered .after taking out   tapes edges of skin is sewed.
FUE Hair Transplant’s Advantages
